A fierce storm threatens the region and the authorities scramble to prepare for it. When the storm hits it causes devastation. Roads and bridges are destroyed, power lines are brought down and schools and houses are badly damaged or completely flattened. The region is cut off from the rest of the country.
A task force is set up to provide relief, and the Air Force, the Army, and the Navy join forces with the Central Government, the Local Government and the local people to help the region recover from the disaster.
Their first task is to regain contact with all parts of the region and get aid flowing to those areas that need it the most…
